Complaints are handled under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to contact us

Phone 0401 500 446 or 1300 748 688. Email info@pivottradeservices.com.au. We are at 11/23-25 Jordan Close, Altona VIC 3018.

Business hours are Mon–Fri 7:30am–5:30pm · Sat 10am–5pm · Sun closed. For urgent on-site issues, please call rather than email. A live electrical fault is not something to leave sitting in an inbox.

1. Service bookings

To book or reschedule a service, contact us by phone or email. Providing your name, the property address and your booking reference if you have one gets you sorted faster. If you need to change a booking, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.

2. Quotes and invoices

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. If anything on an invoice does not look right, tell us and we will check it. Billing discrepancies are addressed promptly once reported.

3. Warranty and repairs

All services come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are honoured according to the supplier terms, and we will handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf where we supplied the product.

To lodge a warranty claim, send us proof of service and a short description of the issue, including photos if the fault is visible.

4. Technical advice

We are happy to give general guidance on your system over the phone. For anything that depends on the specifics of your switchboard, roof, supply or existing equipment, book an on-site assessment. Diagnosing an electrical or solar issue accurately over the phone is not realistic, and guessing costs you money.

5. Feedback and complaints

If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us straight away rather than waiting. All complaints are handled through our customer complaint process and in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a call-out or rebooking fee, because the slot is usually too late to reallocate.
